Why We Archive

We believe in the power of oral storytelling and the right to be heard – not just once, but again and again. Beginning in 2025, we’ve committed to archiving recordings of our readings, honoring the voices that have shaped this space.

Archiving is both preservation and protest. It’s a way to say:

We were here. We mattered. We still do.
